At Vastranika, we take great care in delivering your sarees securely and on time. Our shipping process is streamlined to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, wherever you are in India.

Where We Ship

- We currently ship all across India through trusted courier partners.
- International shipping is not yet available but will be added soon.

Delivery Time

- Order processing time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery time: 4–8 business days depending on your location
- As most of our products are handmade and sourced from karigars and manufacturers, some orders may take up to 15–20 days for delivery, though this is rare.
- Remote or non-serviceable areas may take slightly longer

Shipping Charges

- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1499
- For orders below ₹1499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹79 applies
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have an additional COD charge of ₹49

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking link via email and WhatsApp
- Regular updates until your saree is delivered

You can also contact our support team anytime if you need help tracking your package.

Important Notes

- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of order.
- In case of delivery delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues, we will inform you promptly.
- Vastranika is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
