Return & Exchange Policy

At Vastranika, every saree is carefully inspected and packed with love. Since most of our sarees come directly from expert artisans and are delicately curated, we follow a strict return policy to ensure fairness and quality control.

Return Eligibility – Only for Damaged Products

Returns are only accepted in case of a damaged product, and must meet the following conditions:

  • 📸 Mandatory Unboxing Video:

- A complete, uncut unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened is required
- The defect must be clearly visible in the video

  • 📦 Additional Conditions:

- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and blouse pieces must be intact
- Return request must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Cases

  • - No return accepted without an unboxing video

  • - No return if fall or finishing service was added at purchase—our team does thorough checks before processing such orders

  • - Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for return

  • - Slight variations in color due to lighting or display settings will not be considered defects

Refund Process

- Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 10–20 working days
- Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method
- No refunds for COD orders—only prepaid orders are eligible
